SRK Creatures ("we", "us", "our") is a blockchain-based collectible creature game deployed on the Solana network. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

Blockchain Data (Public by Nature): When you interact with SRK Creatures, your Solana wallet public key and all on-chain transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is public and immutable.

We do NOT collect:

Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
Private keys or seed phrases (we never ask for these)
Device identifiers beyond what is technically necessary for the app to function
Location data
Payment information (all payments are made directly via your wallet)

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., which screens are visited most) to improve the game experience. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

3. How We Use Information

To facilitate gameplay on the Solana blockchain
To display your creatures, SRK balance, and battle history
To improve game features and fix bugs

4. Third-Party Services

SRK Creatures interacts with the following third-party services:

Solana Network RPC Nodes – to submit and read blockchain transactions
Phantom / Solflare Wallets – to sign transactions; we do not have access to your keys
Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter – for Saga device users

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

On-chain data persists on the Solana blockchain indefinitely (it is immutable by design). We do not maintain separate off-chain databases of user activity.

6. Children's Privacy

SRK Creatures involves digital assets with monetary value and requires a crypto wallet. The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has used our service, please contact us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect any data we handle. However, no system is 100% secure. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — always verify transaction details before signing. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
