Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SRK Creatures (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Terms apply to all users, including those who connect a wallet and interact with the Solana blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use blockchain applications in your jurisdiction.

3. The Game and Digital Assets

SRK Creatures is a blockchain game deployed on the Solana network. In the Game, you can:

• Mint and own NFT creatures using SRK tokens
• Feed, evolve, and battle your creatures
• Earn SRK token rewards through gameplay
• Claim daily login rewards

Risk Disclosure: Digital assets (NFTs and tokens) are volatile and speculative. Their value can decrease to zero. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from gameplay or market fluctuations.

4. Wallet and Transactions

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. All transactions are signed by you through your wallet and are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the smart contract
• Attempt to manipulate game mechanics through automated bots (beyond what the game is designed for)
• Use the Game for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the smart contract
• Impersonate other users or the development team

6. Intellectual Property

The SRK Creatures game design, artwork, and software code are owned by the development team. You own the NFT creatures you mint (i.e., the on-chain token), but this does not grant you rights to reproduce or redistribute the underlying artwork for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts are experimental software. Despite our best efforts to audit and test the code, bugs may exist. By using the Game, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of interacting with smart contracts on a public blockchain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law to the extent possible. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction regarding digital assets and blockchain-based applications.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance.
